$50.00-$74.99= $8.00

$75.00-$99.99= $9.50

Over $100.00= by weight

Warranty: Any defects in workmanship will be replaced at no cost, BUT, please know that many of our crystal products are handcrafted, and as with any hand manufacturing process, some small "imperfections" may be found in the products. These are NOT considered defects. Marble and alabaster are natural materials and slight variations in color and finish are normal.  All Items etched or engraved are individually hand crafted and no two are exactly alike. Complaints must be made within 15 days after receipt of shipment. We reserve the right to inspect items from actual shipment before processing any complain resolution. Merchandise may NOT be returned for any reason without written authorization - such returns will not be accepted.
